Customer Focused – Tax Assistance

At Tax Service Masters our phones, and email is monitored daily by the office manager and enrolled agent. If we don’t answer, we always call back as soon as possible, usually same day. No sitting on hold or wasting time. When the enrolled agents are on the phone with the IRS, a representative of Tax Service Masters will schedule a call or book you an appointment with the enrolled agent.

Tax Resolution – Options

When a taxpayer is determined to resolve past balances with the IRS, they have two options: pay the balance, penalties and interest in full which can be done on the IRS.gov website or through a tax professional. Your second option is to seek an alternative tax resolution option (if applicable). If you’re a client, our office will ask questions and determine if your current financials are deemed applicable for tax resolution.
