Form f2848 is a power of attorney form that legally gives your tax professional the ability to represent you. The IRS requires both a tax professional (EA, CPA, or Tax Attorney) and Client signature.
Use Instructions: Download, sign and date line 7 of page 2, scan, or take clear photo of page 2, save document and return by email, upload, or fax. Alternatively, you can request electronic signature. If the IRS is allowing electronic signature, we will send out a Power of Attorney via adobe sign. Currently the IRS is not accepting electronic signatures.
